This shy 6 year old lad was absolutely petrified of us when he arrived at the kennels, but luckily we were warned by his previous kennel hands and trainer so were well prepared. A few days of cowering at the back of his kennel with scared eyes were soon over and he is now comfortable and confident with us and he loves to play! The transformation in him has been amazing to watch. Some hounds can be really unsure of people and things when they move to new kennels, just as they are when they are adpoted and taken to their forever homes. Perseverance, patience and tlc is all it takes and it sure does pay off! Blane's small animal test went very well. He was playfully interested in Buster (our little Westie test hound) and in the park his shy but playful nature was with him all the way. Blane loves the Kennel Team and they have gained his trust. This boy is a good 'all rounder' and will certainly make a great pet.
